The Tournament!

Now that the season is over, our thoughts are turned to the end of season bacchanal! The format will likely be that the lucky top 8 players will get to create a list using only the 4 least popular ship of their selected factions. For readers unable to parse graphs, these are (from least to “most” popular):

Rebels

1. E-wing (4 Corran Horn!)
2. Attack Shuttle (2 Ezra, 2 Zeb, and 1 Hera)
3. HWK (2 Kyle, 2 Jan, and 2 Rebel Ops)
4. A-wing (5 Green squadrons, 1 Tycho, and 1 Prototype)

Imperials

Whether it’ll be a bracket or swiss round is up in the air. If we can get everyone in a single place, we may make a day of it, but that sounds unlikely at this point.

Factions

This week

The empire was back with a vengeance, trying to grab the crown of “most wins” through sheer number of lists fielded. Spoiler alert: they came a bit shy!

This season

A surprisingly even representation in factions this season, though the Scum don’t seem to fare as well in our fair cities as they do elsewhere.

Ships

This week

Gianni fielding 4 TIE Advanced in a single list, utterly breaking the stats for this week. The thugs were also out in force, trying to prove they’re the most popular pilots.

This season

The results speak for themselves. Defenders, TLT carriers, Dengar and Manaroo and X-wings were the talk of the town! The Palp Shuttle was not far behind though, and had a very respectable win %.

Pilots

This week

Thugs are out in force, just barely edging out Gianni’s Tempest quadruplets! Rey is continuing to make her presence known, though not to much success.

This season

The Thugs beat the Glaives! At least, in sheer numbers fielded, that is. The humble Palp shuttle claimed the most wins though, with the Glaives a sad second place, again.

Win record

The top 8 players are nearly undefeated flying rebel ships, I wonder if that says anything, since outside of the top 8, Rebels were not faring well at all. Imperials had wins throughout the ranking, an overall more stable performance, while the scum cratered harder than Rebels outside the top 8.
